KENT Varsity App – Your Dedicated Learning Platform

The KENT Varsity app is the exclusive Learning Management System (LMS) of Karnataka ENT Hospital & Research Center (R), providing seamless access to course content, recorded sessions, books, and reference materials.

🔑 How to Log In:

1️⃣ After downloading the app, log in using the mobile number you used to register for our program.
2️⃣ During first-time registration and each time you use the app, you will receive an OTP (One-Time Password).Enter this OTP to access the app contents.
3️⃣ iPhone Users using “MyInstitute app” are required to enter the ORG code. Please message on WhatsApp or email us for ORG code.

Understanding the App Contents

There are two types of content available on the app:

1️⃣ Courses – For individuals who wish to purchase and enroll in the course in the future. These courses can watched on both Mobile / iPad / Desktop / Laptop.

2️⃣ Batches – For participants who have already completed the online course and want to access the recorded content. These contents can be watched only on Mobile, as of now. We are working on to make it available on iPad / Desktop / Laptop. But, that will take some time.

📌 If you have already attended the live course, please select “Batches” to access your materials.
📌 You can find the Batches icon at the bottom of the app screen.

After clicking the Batches icon:

1️⃣ You will see a list of batches you have been added to.
2️⃣ Click on the batch for your course to access the content screen, for example: Temporal Bone Imaging.

3️⃣ At the top of the screen, you’ll find a menu.
4️⃣ Scroll through the menu until you find the Videos section.

After navigating to the Videos section:

📂 You will find folders containing the video recordings.
📺 Open the folders to view and watch the videos.

Accessing PDFs, Presentations & Reference Materials

📖 To view PDFs of presentations, important reference articles, and books, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Scroll through the menu at the top of the content screen.
2️⃣ Select the “Study Material” section. Study material are grouped and placed in their respective individual folders.

3️⃣ Open the required PDFs, presentations, or reference articles for easy access.

This will ensure seamless access to your course content. Happy learning! 🎓📚

Troubleshooting.

Unable to Find Batches?

If you do not see your batches, it is likely that you have logged in with a different mobile number than the one used during your initial registration.

✅ Solution:

1️⃣ Log out of the app.
2️⃣ Log back in using the mobile number you provided during registration.
3️⃣ You can check your registered mobile number in your registration confirmation email / receipt (Red Rectangle).

Once you log in with the correct number, your batches will be visible, and you can access your course content seamlessly.
