1. Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years old to enroll in the Octivation Programme.
2. Programme Schedule: The program runs from 8 – 15 October 2024. Each session will be held from 6:00 – 7:00 AM IST.
3. Registration: Participants must complete registration through the provided banking details and ensure payment is received to secure their place in the programme.
4. Participant Obligations: Participants are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and fellow participants, adhere to session timings, and complete any pre-session requirements.
5. Intellectual Property: All program materials, including but not limited to training content, written materials, and videos, are the intellectual property of Octivation and cannot be distributed or reused without explicit permission.
6. Modifications to Programme: Octivation reserves the right to modify session dates, times, or instructors as necessary. Participants will be notified in advance of any changes.

Refunds/Cancellations

1. Cancellation by Participant: If you need to cancel your registration, you may request a refund up to 7 days before the programme start date.
2. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
3. Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that the programme is canceled, you will be notified and receive a full refund within 5-7 working days.
4. Pricing: All fees are listed in INR and include all applicable taxes.
