I’m excited to share that my blog article has been featured as an editorial in the Journal of Acute Care. The article delves into the overlooked area of innovation among Indian doctors, challenging the narrow perception that innovation is confined only to product development. It broadens the scope, emphasizing its relevance in medical practice and healthcare business management. Inspired by Larry Keeley’s “Ten Types of Innovation,” I share my journey of transforming my medical practice in a small town. This approach not only retained local patients but also drew national and international clients, proving that these innovation principles have universal applicability in various specialties and sectors.
